New Beta 2

Postby Thomas Mann » 04 Apr 2008

Hi,
Thanks for fixing all the stuff that was broke in the previous beta, espically the annoying popup of the main program. I wanted to report however that if you open a chart and history data starts to load then you decide to close the chart QM keeps requesting history data and clogging up other charts if they also need history. I know this may not seem important, but it does slow down loading charts. If I close the MC program and reopen it all is fine. Keep up the good work guys and gals.
Thanks

I have also seen this with the current production version using TS data.

When you go through a series of charts to force the refresh of data to the database, you have to exit every so often to prevent all of those symbols from being watched. Annoying.

Yes you are right. Multicharts will download data for the last session even if you close a chart. We will improve it later.
