TWS error

Is it just me or has anyone else had problems with the IB, today?
TWS has worked for several years but this morning it stop.
TWS spits out: "Requested market data is not subscribed"

Since I run the paper account, I have not had to log on to live but now I needed it to see what happened. IB Key needed to fill in the "Enable User" (perhaps it's been updated?).
In any case, I fill in and press the button. It says that it is a message to my phone. But nothing happens. Have tried six times.

I called support in Berlin, both numbers are blocked. Called to the support of the United States, Gave up after 30 minutes of music.
The only thing I can do now is to send an email, I have done 5 times.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Which market are you trading?

A few symbols used to be free, but now require subscription. Usually it is only $1 or $2, but you can't get the data if you have not signed the subscription.

You should check your "Account Management" for messages.

I run NYMEX (gold, oil).
OK, I'm going to check it out as soon as I manage to log on to the IB Key again.
