Same here since 10 release. OANDA is not connecting.

Hi,

According to the logs provided by svopex the connection to OANDA system was lost, then the order was sent.
As there was no connection - the order was rejected.
Have you tried using OADNA trading terminal at the same moment or contacting OANDA directly regarding the connection issue?

svopex, JK1970, how long are you running MultiCharts without a restart? OANDA has a certificate that expires in 8 days and requires you to re-authorize into OANDA system to continue using it. When certificate is expired - OANDA authorization window will appear on your screen.

I can reproduce the connection issue by doing the following:
(my trades also have been getting rejected.)

1. Launch Multicharts and load a chart with 10 days back and a scanner with that symbol next to the chart.
Everything will be working fine initially.

2. Leave it running for 8 hours.

3. On that chart, try to change timeframes or symbols.
No data loads, yet it looks like data is still coming in because the quote in updating in the scanner.

4. I sent my logs to Oanda as well. Waiting for their response.

thanks for information about certificate.

Actually Oanda have disconnected every day.

Problem started 12/1 - 12/2 2016.

Oanda sent me:
Thank you for contacting OANDA.

Since Multi-charts is a third party software, we do not have back-end technical support to look into connection issues. You will need to contact Multi-charts directly to resolve the connection issues.
Yesterday was connection ok.

Can you identify a specific date/time when you were having issues?

Most recent occurrence was last night at 9:04pm Pacific time. This is when the logs say "Connect failed: The operation has timed out"
