Hello waldem,

Which broker do you use?
Please send us the logs for analysis of this case (Help tab->Feedback) and specify the order ID in question.

Yes, I was allowed to enter a RT entry order with DoM for Interactive Brokers (which was filled), but MC showed me to be flat.

I exited with TWS.

No RT shows up in Positions History or Logs.

MC does show SIM trades, however PnL amounts are way off there also.

Logs are blank.

MultiCharts64 Version 10.0 Release (Build 13626)
Win 7 pro (64-bit)

After doing a trade in SIM with IB, now my RT trade from this afternoon is showing under "Orders" in MC.

I am going to uninstall 10 and reinstall 9 today. In the meantime, I'll just use TS.

P.S. Unable to register for Project Mgmt.

I had problems with Beta 10 and now this problem, so I re-installed 9 again. It works with IB.

waldem, if you are using a 3rd parrty broker connection then you need to contact your vendor directly for assistance with the plugin.

Hello 4trading,

Neither we nor other users have experienced such issue. If you were running MultiCharts 10.0 Beta then you should update to the current version which is MultiCharts 10.0 Release 2 (builds 13625/13626).

As for the position info display - please make sure the filters at the top of the Order and Position Tracker window are configured correctly, especially the newly introduced From-To Data/Time filters:
https://www.multicharts.com/trading-sof ... on_Tracker
Also make sure the list is scrolled to the top (right click on any column->Show row selector).

If you were using IB Free Trial account then you should be aware that it has certain limitations from the broker end: Open PnL and account information might be incorrect, open positions might not be received after TWS re-connection.

If this solution didn't help and you still have the issue-please come to our live chat Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 3 pm EST. To do that click on Live Chat icon at the top of our web page https://www.multicharts.com/ We will do our best to help you.

Please specify the issue you have with the Project Management registration.

Hi Henry:
I don't know what caused yesterday's problem..

I re-installed 10.0 v2 today and just did a RT trade at IB. It is working properly now.

I guess the re-install fixed the problem and I am signed into PM...
but I am forbidden from accessing my Dashboard. :?
