MC does not reload to fill gaps on D1 timeframe  [SOLVED]

Hi,

08.2015 was the last time I scanned the 1000 stocks from russel. Since then I just used about 160 stocks. Everything on daily timeframe D1.
Now every time I load a stock in a chart that are not one of the 160 and enter a charttime to show D1 from 2010 to now I get a gap between 08.2015 and 16.12.2016 without an error message. A reload didn't help. I still had the gap.
It just does not load any data – it only gets new candles.
I had that on every stock which I did not work on in the last few month.
To fix this I had to go to quote manager and delete all data of all the stocks. Only then MC started to download the data without gaps.

This is clearly a bug but since I already deleted the data (and reloaded) I am unable to reproduce this (maybe next year

Which data provider do you use?
How exactly did you "reload"?

Reload with Ctrl+R which did nothing.
Then I del all data from the quote manager (SMART from IB)
I opened the chart again and up came the entire data without gaps
