IB gateway issue ?

I use IB gateway 956 with two quotemanager clients.

why the two quotemenager don't have same ticks number ?

quotemanager and client1 on Server



quotemanager and client2 on another PC in my lan



starting Quotemanagers in same time when market not opened yet

since this morning 08:00 , at the end of day lot of ticks are lost on PC no 2

Collect RT Data functionality disregards the session settings and collect all the data coming from the data feed, 24/7.
So, to have same number of quotes in two QuoteManager clients, data collection has to be started at exactly the same time.

yes of course, they start at the same time, when market are not open yet and all quotemenager display only 'connected'

Do you see any difference in data in QuoteManager => Edit Data window after the session close?

impossible to reproduce this issue, yesterday datas was the same on two IB client ...
