$0.00 open P/L in Open Positions tab

For some reason the open P/L is not updating. It continually remains at $0.00. The "Last Update" indicated is hours ago. This is an Interactive Brokers paper account. Why is the P/L not updating correctly?

Hi Anna,

It is an FA account. Screenshots below. These are paper trading accounts. Looking at these screens, I notice that the margin is not correct, either. The last account on the "Accounts" tab should have a margin value. That account is short 1 KC contract. I blacked out actual account names for security/privacy.
