Opentick Question

Hi Support,
Attached is a pic showing my /ESM8 symbol from opentick is connected to the stream just like the /ER2M8 and others are. I had a issue earlier where MC disappeared again, and when I rebooted my /ESM8 symbol will connect, but no tick data is coming in. I also logged into the quote board to show the tick data for that symbol comes in just fine. Can someone please tell me how to fix the issue with the /ESM8 symbol without having to totally re-install MC again. I seem to be spending more time now trying to keep MC running than actually trading.

I deleted the symbol and all data plus flushed the cache, then rebooted and added symbol back. Does same thing.

I really would like to get the Opentick interface issues resolved. Please have someone from support contact me.
