Manage trade between plus brokers

I can open one trade in the same moment on two different brokers?

My experience:

A) You can connect to multiple brokers at once, but you'll need to copy and paste the chart with the active signal for each additional broker (ie one chart = one broker).

B) I believe Interactive Brokers allow you to allocate trades between different seperate sub accounts at IB allowing one chart to trade multiple IB accounts.

If you were exclusively talking about ladder/manual trading....then maybe only option "B" is possible....but not sure.
