Hi,
I am using Multicharts with IQFeed. I used to see US stock chart with more than 10 years.
Recently, I install the newest version of Multicharts. I found I could see only one year chart.
I have checked with IQFeed service, they response no problem at IQFeed side.
Please advise if there is solution for me to see more than 10 year stock chart again.

Please make sure that the symbols are added properly from the data source, that the data range is set for 10 years in the Format Instrument window -> Settings tab. Try to reload you chart (Ctrl + R).
If this doesn’t help, try deleting the data and clearing the cache for the symbol in question (in QuoteManager right-click on the symbol and choose Delete Data/Clear cache). Then reopen your workspace.
If these steps also don’t help, please come to our Live Chat (accessible from the top of our website) to demonstrate the issue by remote connection.
