Tradingview pine script fill function in powerlanguage

Postby HDTrader » 05 Sep 2018

I really wish I could shade and color regions in multicharts the way you can with pine script in tradingview so I created a feature request. I find background coloring and shading in indicators to be very helpful in other platforms its never been addressed in powerlanguage multicharts.

You need to do some description and explanation; people cannot read your mind.

Right...the image above shows the shading(purple) in the stochastic's indicator and the included link takes you to the function used to achieve said shading.

Not quite, as there is no transparency. Shading areas in different colors with different levels of transparency between plot points, for example standard deviations or bollinger bands, is helpful for me visually. That is how the function works in tradeview, would like to see it in powerlanguage.
