The same error message shows again and again after I updated MultiCharts to V12.0. Could you help me to fix this error?

Postby shargo » 04 Oct 2018

MultiCharts has been updated version 12 recently.

This error message "位於 0x%p 的指令參考位於 0x%p 的記憶體。該記憶體不能為 %s" (in Chinese) shows almost everyday. And my MultiCharts breaks down.

I try to translate this error message into English: "The instruction at 0x%p refers to the memory at 0x%p. The memory should not be %s."

I cannot understand this error message.

Could you help me to fix this error? Thanks a lot!

Hi,

The error happens in the 3rd party data feed that you are using.
The issue has been reported to your data provider.
We will add filters on our end to prevent the platform from crashing.
This improvement on our end can be expected in MultiCharts 12 Release 3.

Thanks for your response. Can I get the recommended parameter by clicking any button in the WFO report interface?
Alternatively, the only way is to run the WFO process again?
