Gain Capital City Index

Is anyone using City Index to trade CFDs via MC? I understand they have dropped MC support for Gain Capital's Forex.com trading. However, City Index does provide CFDs for shares, indices, Forex, commodities, etc..

I have found the following. Although City Index is a wholly owned subsidiary of GAIN Capital, I suspect they offer two completely different technical solutions. The MC solution as documented provides an interface to the Futures and Options service GAIN Capital provide. It uses an old style OEC API implementation. City Index I presume uses a completely different implementation for their CFDs and Forex offerings. It's not surprising since they were originally two separate companies. Just in case they have consolidated their technical implementation and City Index is now using the OEC implementation, which I very much doubt, I have requested confirmation of this from my City Index contact. I will post any update I receive from him.
