chart with same double candle...

hello everyone, draws me two candles with today's date and tomorrow's date that still isn't there because?

What data source do you use?
What resolution and sessions are selected for this chart?
Does this happen every day?
Please also post a full-sized screenshot of the chart.

I see this issue happened randomly too. Usually during after hour sessions.

What data source do you use?--->CQG
What resolution and sessions are selected for this chart?-->Daily
Does this happen every day?--> No Random
Please also post a full-sized screenshot of the chart.-->the next time it returns

Thanks for the answers. Will be expecting your screenshot.
Also specify the exact session template that is used on your chart (Format -> Instrument -> Settings -> Sessions). If the sessions are “Default” then please post a screenshot of the sessions for the symbols from QuoteManager -> right-click on the symbol -> Edit Symbol -> Sessions tab.
If you use your custom sessions template, then post a screenshot of the sessions from QuoteManager -> Tools -> Sessions –> your template -> Edit.

hi, tonight again the problem I opened tonight at the end of the session. I downloaded the data and this is the result, see the video. I tried to change the number of days and the candle remains there.


the double candlestick is not present on the TPO chart

this happens also with IQFeed. Normally I have this when I reload charts on Saturday

1) what kind of data do you collect in QuoteManager (right-click on the symbol -> Fileds to collect)?
2) what is the exact build number of MultiCharts where you experience this? (Help -> About MultiCharts)
3) how the issue is reproduced:
a. you create a daily chart, it is updating the entire day, then at the session end you receive a duplicated daily bar?
b. you don’t create any daily charts during the session. Only when the session is closed you open a daily chart, and then you see a duplicated daily bar?
4) did you use charts with different (tick or minute-based) resolutions on the same instrument during the same day?

2) what is the exact build number of MultiCharts where you experience this? (Help -> About MultiCharts) -->MC 12 Build 18184
3) how the issue is reproduced:--> I have a workspace with 1 chart candlestick daily , 1 chart TPO weekly 1 chart TPO daily 1 chart daily Volume delta

I connected the CQG broker to another platform. Multicharts works during the day with other brokers. In the evening I connect CQG and through the workspace I download the data and update the graphs


a. you create a daily chart, it is updating the entire day, then at the session end you receive a duplicated daily bar?
b. you don’t create any daily charts during the session. Only when the session is closed you open a daily chart, and then you see a duplicated daily bar?
4) did you use charts with different (tick or minute-based) resolutions on the same instrument during the same day?

Could you attach the workspace where you see the duplicated daily bars?
Does the duplicated bar disappear at the beginning of the new session?

- do you use charts with different (tick or minute-based) resolutions on the same instrument during the same day?

- does the duplicated bar disappear at the beginning of the new session? Or does it ever go away?-->the bar goes away

it seems to me that it happens to closed markets

Thanks for the answers. Also do you keep QuoteManager and collect realtime data the entire day? Or do you only open QuoteManager to do that while the session is closed?

quotemanager is connected to another broker(Directa). In the evening I activate the CQG connection without restarting it and downloading the data

the same flaw has just done it on another pc where I installed MC12_64 last version with IB. I didn't close anything touched and closed all day

We’re still unable to reproduce this on our end following your description. Do you change the date and time on your machine during the day?
