No backfilling data, only one cross  [SOLVED]

Hi guys,

I can't backfilling my EURUSD, all the other pairs are ok but with EURUSD I can only see the current price.

If I check the quote manager, for all the others cross I see in the Event Log:

• "Connection to real-time data for .../..."
  "Data request for...."
  "Sending .../..."

etc, etc, and on Multichart the backfilling start

When I open a new EUR/USD Instrument my event log on quote manager remain white... no activity, no "Connection to real-time data for .../..."

Hello, Umberto!

Try the following:
1) rename EUR/USD in QuoteManager: right-click on the symbol -> Edit symbol -> change the Symbol name;
2) re-add it from the data source: QuoteManager -> Instrument -> Add symbol -> From data source -> OANDA -> find the symbol by means of Lookup;
3) create a chart for the newly added symbol and see if it helps;
4) if there’s still no data, try reloading your chart: CTRL+R;
5) if you haven’t tried restarting MultiCharts yet, then try it as well: restart MultiCharts completely making sure that no processes with MultiCharts in Description are left in Task Manager -> Details or Processes tab.
