Multicharts crashed randomly

Hello,

I kept Multicharts running and it crashed after some time (a couple of minutes to several days randomly). I'm using Ascii mapping, eSignal, and IB datafeed. I only got this problem since last December. I have updated Multicharts to the latest version MultiCharts64 Version 12.0 Release (Build 19396).

If the crash is ever replicated please collect the dumps while the crash message is still visible:

Send the logs to our email address.
After that restart MultiCharts and send us the logs for analysis from Help -> Feedback. You need just “Attach a screenshot”, “Attach Log files” and “Upload collected data to helpdesk” options checked.
If it is possible, also please provide your workspace. It can also be collected via Feedback.
