Multicharts with esignal shows incorrect split adjusted data

Multicharts with esignal shows incorrect split adjusted data

I'm using MultiCharts64 Version 12.0 Release (Build 19396) with esignal. It appears Multicharts shows intraday historical data without split adjusted. See example below for DUST (3x gold miner ETF). However, eSignal 12 itself shows correct split adjusted intraday data.

Hello regtracer,

Please post a screenshot of your eSignal settings from QuoteManager -> Tools -> Data sources -> eSignal -> Settings.

Regtracer, thanks.
If I understand you correctly, you are referring to price splits on stocks. Unfortunately there is no support for this in MultiCharts.Please try reloading your chart in MultiCharts: Ctrl+R.
If it doesn’t help, clear cache for your symbol in QuoteManager and then reload the data on the chart again. If the prices have changed on the eSignal end, then they should arrive to MultiCharts updated after the reload.

Hi Anna,

Thanks! I reloaded the charts and it was still not split adjusted. Is the discrepancy due to the issue that eSignal does not provide split adjusted data to 3rd party?
