MC-stored data not loading on the weekend?

Postby class in dodge » 24 Oct 2020

Today I tried to open some charts to study, and all charts just say "Establishing connection... (H: Connecting)" at the top, and they've been saying that for over an hour now (which is many times longer than it usually takes to load).

The little green square in the bottom right corner is green, I believe indicating that I'm successfully connected to Multicharts. My broker connection icon is red, because I believe my broker is often not available on the weekend, though I'm curious if this could be part of the problem.

My charts are set to @NQ symbol, which since I've been using MC daily for weeks now, I thought meant all of that data should be stored in my MC and therefore available even when my broker connection isn't available.

Any thoughts out there about why my data isn't loading?

Thanks so much!

You need to go to Preferences
and take the Data Server off-line.
