Chart stuck bug persists into release 14 2

Postby gpw797 » 13 Jan 2021

Same exact symbol on side by side charts. Left chart has correct price at 12952 but chart is not tradable and prices are not propagating the buy/ask fields/buttons. Right chart won't load at all and the prices are WAY off 12952 versus 12872. Neither chart is tradeable.

For situations like this,
you should use Live Chat to connect to techsupport and let them sort this out for you.

I have sat through plenty of sessions to supports connected for hours without resolution. My time is valuable, I am sure yours is as well. I can spend a minute documenting a problem versus easily up to an hour connected to support. Support should first see if they can reproduce on their end IMO. Also, posting here shares any answers found with others having the same issue.
