MultiCharts64 Version 14.0 Release (Build 21357)
My TWS got disconnected in the afternoon. Later after I re-login the TWS and multicharts, there was no backfilling for all charts.
Meanwhile, the historical data scheduler had two task running, updating today's data.
Is there a conflict between the historical data scheduler and charts backfilling in multicharts please?
Thanks.

Re: No backfilling in charts
Hello ragdoll,
There should be no conflict between the components of MultiCharts.
Please try to follow these steps:
1. Close MultiCharts and all its applications including QuoteManager.
2. Close TS.
3. Make sure there are no processes of the applications left in Task Manager.
4. Run TS as administrator. When it is up, launch MultiCharts as administrator.
5. Build a chart with the desired data range in TS and wait till the data comes in.
6. Build the same chart in MultiCharts.
