Hello,
I am trying to understand why there appears to be a significant discrepancy between the stated values of @DX, the US Dollar Index, and MultiCharts stated values. My understanding is that the Big Point Value for DX is $1000.00, yet MultiCharts has it as $10.00. As you can see from this live trade and the Print Output. What am I missing?
Thank you
Tony

Re: Tick Value Big Pt Value question for @DX US Dollar Index
Hello Tony,
If symbol settings are not provided by the data feed, they might be taken from the Root (Symbol Dictionary) or Exchange (Exchanges & ECN’s) settings.
You can check it in QuoteManager: double-click the symbol -> Settings tab.
If you consider the settings to be incorrect, you can adjust them for the particular symbol by selecting “Use Custom Settings” or, adjust the Symbol Dictionary or Exchange settings.
To apply new settings to the charts, you'll need to re-open the charts and re-do the symbol mapping if you have it configured.

Thank you Kate,
Actually it turned out to be an issue with the Symbol Dictionary. My data provider TS, did not have the DX listed there, so I needed to add it, so I could define the specs and instrument within the Quote Manager, properly. Doing this fixed it.
