Why do I cann't register my MC12

Hi, I have an MC license. There are both mc12 32bit and mc9 64bit Chinese version in my laptop. They both ran well.
when My win10 was upgraded yesterday, mc12 asked me to register. When I typed the Registration Name and code, It displayed like below:
"Invalid data
You have entered invalid login and/or password.Please double-check the correctness of the entered information. Makesure that the login and password are entered exactly as they appear in your registration e-mail. lf you are still experiencing difficulties registering or if you cannot locate your registration e-mail, please contact our customer supportrepresentatives for assistance."

I trust the Registration Name and code is absolutely correct.
Could you help me to resolve this?
