DOM Quantities are incorrect
DOM Quantities are incorrect
The DOM is showing contract quantities that are way too low. Happens with Interactive Brokers and and Ryhmic, see snip... the values should be in the hundreds - 100, 200 345 etc.. not 1, 2 , 3

Hello gpw797,
Please re-add the problematic symbols in QuoteManager -> Instrument -> Add Symbol -> From Data Source.
After that, open new DOM windows for them.
If the same behaviour is reproduced, please send us screenshots of the same DOM windows in MultiCharts and IB/Rithmic. Make sure the symbol names are visible.

Did you compare MultiCharts DOM windows with IB/Rithmic?
For example, ESZ2 DOM in MC matches the IB TWS Booktrader. Please see the attached screenshot.
So, MultiCharts displays values as provided by the broker. For more info please contact your broker directly.

Let's forget about IB.. Rythmic data is wrong.. see snips taken at same time. Below is Rythmic data (lvl 2) in their trading program Trader Pro and same data in MC

Rythmic dom.png does not show the symbol name of the plotted instrument.
Please attach screenshots where symbol names are visible in both apps.

On your screenshots you plot ES in Rithmic and NQ in MultiCharts.
There are no issues on our end, please see the attached screenshot. DOM data is requested from your provider using the connection you specify in the settings.
Make sure you're using the same symbol and login when comparing values in MC and Rithmic.
