Opentick with new beta

Hi,
I have loaded the new beta and I still see slow data loading from opentick with a subscription to the futures symbols. I can load the same symbols with NT gathering 2000 tick bars in a couple mins. I have tried this on several machines and it seems to be consistent with MC. Is anyone else using Opentick as a feed experienced slow back filling of charts. Any help would be appreciated.

What are the symbols? How far back do the requests go/how many bars do you request? How long does it take to plot? How many charts/symbols are you loading at the same time?

Hi Thomas,

On our end, there have been no speed issues with downloading the above symbols from OpenTick. Do you think you would be able to demonstrate the problem to us via remote connection? And also show us what NT does. According to our information, they can cache data on their servers. Maybe this is what makes such a difference in speed.
