A signal is applied to a chart.
Then I modified an input value to something else. I compiled it.
Now when I open the Format Signal window, I still see the old input value.
I had to remove it first and then Add again to reflect the input value change.
Is this correct behaviour?
I thought when I change an input value, the charts already having the signal applied would also change the input value automatically.

That's something that will happen with indicators, too.
However in my opinion it makes sense like it is now. You only need to remember that a change in the code will not change the inputs of already loaded charts.
Otherwise it would reset every value of applied strategies to their defaults if you recompile, which can be at least as annoying than not to apply one value change immediately.
I'd say both ways will have pros and cons depending on the scenario and therefore I can't say which one would be better.
