IB Spot forex through IDEALPRO

Any idea why I can connect to EUR.USD but not USD.JPY? Both set up the same in quote manager.

Hi Nick,

Did you add those symbols manually or from the symbol list? What do you mean you cannot connect USD.JPY symbol? What error messages do you receive in the chart and in QuoteManager logs?

I have usd.jpy running now with no problems from IB .
Be sure to select "IDEALPRO" and not "Ideal". Be sure to add the symbol from "data source" and select IB, that makes it easy.

Just as Steven I have this symbol running as well. So please double-check everything I mentioned above and if you still can't get it work, contact our customer support.

Not sure exactly where I went adrift but its working flawlessly today. Thank you both for your advice.
