Autotrading sync after closedown at end of day

At the end of the day my Strategy is still in a trade with autotrading turned on.
I shut down the computer. In the morning I start up TWS (interactive borker) and then multicharts. I again turn on automatic trading. Does the Strategy understand that i'm still in the trade? If not ->Not Good, because I do a lot of overnight with my Strategy

This mornng i tried the option, Async, assume initial market position as on chart.
However the system did not trade after that, it should have gone short according the strategy, but it did not. It works during the day.
Please help on the right settings so you can continue the next morning.

The same happens with me, failed to exit an overnight position today. Don't know why as there isn't any way of troubleshooting short of giving TSS your proprietary code. I guess we'll just have to pay for the tracking centre, seems all too convenient.
