Data issue ?

Because I was crashing I had to go back to Beta2. Could someone verify the following on Beta3. I took a bid data and ask data, then measured the difference on the close. On a second data and tick charts the history presented a proper spread. On min and hour chart, the values were the same.

Work Around...

Use second data in place of minutes
