Will MC run on a 64 bit OS (Win XP Pro 64) and is it supported?

Thanks

MultiCharts will run on Windows XP 64 like other 32bit applications - i.e. it works, but without taking advantage of 64bit features.
We've launched it under XP464 successfully, but havent conducted complete testing so far.

64 Bit OS testing

Postby trader39 » 27 Mar 2006

I have tested MC on XP 64 some over the weekend with the arrival of my dual boot machine.

MC seems to run very smoothly on XP64 off line but starts having trouble with a real time data feed, especially when you try to change the symbols in a chart on the fly with live data coming in.

I have reverted to running MC on my XP Pro partition (with some regret) due to these problems. I have no similar problems running under XP Pro.

Thanks for the information, could you send more details about those problems - like screenshots, logs etc.? We're very interested in this kind of feedback.
