DAx futures with Interactive Br4okers

I loaded the DAX-index but I do not know how to connect the DAX-futures (MAR'11) within multicharts

Assuming you have subscribed to DTB Eurex data (if not, you will be unable to recieve any data for Eurex Futures)

1. Add 'Dax' Mar11 Futures to TWS
2. Add the contract to Quote Manager and select 'Connect'.

You should then be able to open a new chart in MC and select Dax from the Instrument list.

I have done so, but Multcharts says: no instrument

Try creating the chart in IB, to see if it works there.

In IB the chart works. DAX futures Mar'11. So I don't understand why I can't connect this data with multicharts

did you use QM >Add Symbol >From Data Source ?


suggestion: delete the symbol from QM and add again.

I did all the suggestions. It still doesn't work

the symbol for Quotemanager of MC is FDAX MAR 11 while IB uses the Symbol DAX .

Add symbol -- from Data Source -- Interactive brokers
then use the tab futures and search the root for DAX.
Then you get the 3 possible Futures with the Symbol FDAX.
Choose one or all three and add them to your symbollist.
