exit strategy oco order stuck after canceling the entry orde

i'm connected to MBT
i place a limit or stop order for entering the market with bracket order (oco) exit strategy attached.
when i cancel the entry order the bracket order (oco) still shows up on the chart in dimmed color.
this ghost oco order wont execute when price hits it since the original entry order never executed.
i think its annoying that the bracket order doesn't automatically disappear when the original entry order is canceled.
im pretty sure this is a bug...
