As far I could remenber, I had to right click on that file, then go to properties, then allow that file or something similar.

If you have installed MultiCharts, the chm files are already in your computer.

You can simply press [F1] to invoke them.

Thank you for pointing this out, I tested the downloadable CHM files and indeed they don't show information. I will forward to our IT guys to look at it. As TJ pointed out, the CHM files are available in the program itself through F1.
