Holiday data plotting

Postby gpw797 » 31 May 2011

Yesterday was Memorial day and is in my list of holidays in the quote manager. "Do not use holidays" box is checked in quote manager yet data from yesterday still plotted. How do we get holiday days to NOT plot?

You should UNCHECK "Do not use holidays", that way the holiday list will apply and you shouldn't see the data from Memorial Day plotted.

Unchecked box and restarted MC and it is still plotting the holiday. Using version 7 beta 4

What is the session that you are using? Symbol, data provider, resolution, data range?

We checked it out - everything works as it should. Open your GLOBEX Exchange settings since you are dealing with ES from IB (QuoteManager > Tools > Exchanges > Globex > Edit), change the Holiday List drop-down from 'None' to 'USA'. Close everything, and restart MC. Should be fine after that.

USA is selected for Holidays

Tried going here "(QuoteManager > Tools > Exchanges > Globex > Edit)" but Globex isn't listed under "Exhanges and ECNs" <Ctrl + X>

Isn't working correctly on my machine

OK, this is odd, Globex is always there (Abbreviation GLOBEX) by default unless it was deleted manually. You can just come to our Live Chat and we can look at this issue. Should be a quick fix.
