Im using mc7 beta 3 and have iqfeed.
im losing frequently (min. 1x per day) connection to the datafeed. Dtn connection manager shows connected but charts arent updated. i need to close MC and restart, everything is ok after that.
any ideas?

We have heard a few complaints like this from customers recently. In all cases the IQFeed Diagnostics window (provided by IQFeed) has been freezing, and so did the feed to MultiCharts. Restarting the Diagnostics window helps restart the whole thing.
You can find it here - Start > All Programs > IQ Feed > Diagnostics.
Essentially if you load a ticker in this window, it should tick if you are supposed to receive data. If it doesn't tick, then MC won't update either - we read it from there. Now, if the diagnostics window works and MC doesn't - then it's our problem. We have yet to see this case. If you see that, please make a video, save your logs, and send them to support@multicharts.com
