Want to know if anyone has displayed an actual spread per pair on the charts like the custom indicators on MT4?

Hello Fxrising.
To plot actual spread per pair please do the following:
Plot a chart with Ask field on the first data series and Bid field on the second data series.
Then please make a right click on the chart-> Insert study->Indicators-> Custom 1 line.
On the inputs tab please use the formula: close of data1- close of data2.

Am I able to run a study on the Spread-Diff generated line of the spread? Is it possible at MC to run a study on the chart of spread value?

Hello VMI.
Unfortunately that is not possible in MultiCharts Discretionary trader.
You can achieve your goal by combining two indicators in one script in the full version of MultiCharts.
