Problem with Zenfire demo request

Hi,
today I've requested a Zenfire demo for Multicharts platform for my newest pc (windows 7 64 bit) on the MirusFutures website.
I've never installed Multicharts or any other application or demo request on this new pc (it's very new. It'has few days of life).
They have sent me the login and password demo, and I've inserted them on the right place in QuoteManager as it must be done.
The problem is that QM tells me that it can't connect with Zenfire server and the market connection is closed.
I've Multicharts 7.4 beta 2.
Now My question is........is there a new API for Zenfire ? Where I'm wrong ?

Hello, CrazyNasdaq.
In the broker profile/data feed settings you need to select Deployment:Server Sim.

You need to go to Quote manager->Tools->Data sources->Zen fire->Settings.
Select Zenfire/Rithmic Server Sim deployment. Input your login and password. Click Ok.
Then add the symbols from the data source.
In the Quote manager go to Instrument tab->Add symbol->From data source-> Zenfire.
Then you need to create a Sim broker profile.
In MultiCharts please go to File->Broker profiles->Manage->New->Zenfire/Rithmic Server Sim.
Select Zenfire/Rithmic Server Sim deployment. Input your login and password. Click Ok.

Thanks !!! Now it seems to work ........but only for CME.... NOT Eurex
No quotes for the Eurex Market on any instrument

If your account connects to Paper Trading server, then it only supports Globex exchanges.
You need to clarify it with the account supplier.

This is the Zenfire support mail for the same question.
The answer is exactly the same as you post here Henry.
Unfortunately we were not able to put Eurex and ICE on the sever side demo because those exchanges don’t have a Sim matching system, that lets the sever side demo act almost exactly like a real order.

In a live account you would have data for Eurex and ICE products.

So Zenfire demo works only for Globex market and not for Eurex market.
Live account works anyway (as I see in my primary desk)
