I keep on del. the PSX but it seems to keep coming back up.
Your support also keeps on del./editing the symbols and changing it back to smart as primary routing. Is this a bug? Seems to be a known one since your support always keeps on del./editing the symbols and changing it back to smart as primary routing without even searching they know the issue.
Is there a workaround for this? I noticed a bid delay on marketorder when using PSX on low volume time. Last night for example a marketorder was “resting” on PSX and according to the IB-Staff (I called them after 20min and marketorder still not filled) I should just cancel it and create a new one which I did and this new order got filled immediately.
Status: Marketorder resting on PSX... I thought I was stoned when hearing this from the IB-staff.
What I want…
I don’t want PSX or anything else there on the US-Market. Only SMART to get filled. SMART should do the routing for me.
How can I change this on the MC side without PSX coming back up again?

Re: Symbol Mapping
Hello Siscop,
Please do the following:
Go to the File->Broker profiles->Symbol mapping.
Select your broker IB.
You need to modify the line for the Chart Symbol with SMART exchange.
Click Edit for the Broker symbol in the right column.
Make sure Smart is the first exchange in the line, then add PSX (or the proper exchange) using “;” separator as the second exchange in the line.
You can delete the symbol mapping line that has only PSX exchange.
After doing that-the second line should not be added.
The second line with symbol on PSX exchange should not reappear.
This happens because Smart is not a real exchange in TWS.
It is a routing tool that places the orders to the proper exchanges, PSX in your case.
If you have an order for that symbol in TWS but there is no symbol mapping line in MultiCharts-then it is possible that the mapping line will be created with PSX exchange.
Once you correct the line as I described above-there should be no mapping issues for the modified symbol.

Re: Symbol Mapping
Thank you for your answer.
Just look at my 2 screenshots. I have cleared the PSX and edited just as you wrote.
First screenshot

All is clear and PSX lines removed Second screenshot
Date 07.02.2012 Time: 12:11 Germany
Just one hour later 2 PSX lines came back.
