Is there a way to set this setting right in the code (an attribute for example) ? I need this for one indicator but not for the others, so I do not want to set this as a default in the Properties window.

There is no Real-time History Matching Attribute in Multicharts .NET.
You can find the list of attributes in the built-in .NET Help.
