ATTENTION INTERACTIVE BROKERS USERS

Dear IB users,

At the moment there is a connection issue with the latest version of web-based/standalone version of IB TWS/Gateway 9369m from Dec 6 2013.

In order to get working connection you need to downgrade your current TWS. Please close MultiCharts and TWS. Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Uninstall TWS. If you select Automatic Uninstall, then TWS settings should be saved.

Then, download and install the following working TWS version:

We are in contact with IB to fix this issue as soon as possible.

IB has fixed the issue in the new TWS Build 936.9n, Dec 9, 2013: https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=674
As our tests have shown - MultiCharts works fine with this new TWS version.
