Problem with the sound in MultiCharts .NET Intro video  [SOLVED]

I have a problem with the voice on my PC with Win 8.1. Do you have the same problem?
I've noticed this problem from 2 minutes and 12 second of this clip.

Hello MaRCHeW,

There is no issue with the sound in the video.
When Stan does not speak-the sound is on mute. Mute is On 2.12-2.20.
It is also On for some periods going forward in the video.
