Missing Data [11th december 14]

As the title suggests I am missing historical data on all instruments [YM, NQ, 6E] from 5pm - 11pm GMT and not sure why. This was a period where I had logged off and turned my PC off and on again.

I am using tick charts on the Rithmic feed and the data usually loads fine. Not sure why it hasn't this time. I have recently updated to the latest build [MultiCharts .NET64 Version 9.0 Release (Build 10362)] so I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

I have been through the troubleshooting here but all seems ok:

Hello datamonkey,

Rithmic provides historical tick data for the last trading session only. If current session is already open - you won't be able to access the tick data from the previous session.

Yeah thanks I'm aware of that.

I was accessing data yesterday to load the data from yesterday but it didn't happen. I could only load data up to 5pm.

Every day I open my charts at about 9/10pm to load the rest of the days data after I have stopped trading (at about 5/6pm). It works every day except for yesterday...?

Any ideas why?

Have you tried reloading the chart?
Did you contact your broker?
If you have not restarted MultiCharts after this behavior has appeared - please send us the logs for analysis.

Yeah tried reloading the charts and got the same result.

I closed the program yesterday for the night, though does the 'Logscollector.exe' program send you the info you need?

If you have not yet started MultiСharts then you can run the Logscollector.exe - it will collect the logs and upload them to our FTP.

I have re-started the software so suppose I'm out of luck.

If I have another, un-related issue can I ask you here or would you prefer I start another thread? It's regarding bracket orders not always executing in live trades (even though 'Auto Attach As Exit Strategy' is selected)?
