Multicharts Release 5 processes can't be closed

Postby wzero » 08 Feb 2015

Three Multicharts.NET x64 processes are not closed automatically after main application is closed (potentially losing data). The 3 processes are "ODAServerProxy.exe", "ODAServer.exe", and "tsServer.exe". This issue happened on Release 5 only. It's not 100% reproduce but the chance is very high if Oanda connection is used.
I rollback it to Release 4, this issue disappeared.

Hello wzero,

Are you running 32 bit or 64 bit version of MultiCharts .NET?
Please send us (support@multicharts.com) the following information for further analysis:
- workspace you are using;
- in QuoteManager select the symbols you are using, make a right click on it->Export data->Export instrument (without data). Send us the QMD export file for analysis.

Hi Henry,
I use MC.NET 64 bit. I have emailed the workspace and symbols file.

We have identified the issue. The fix is targeted to MultiCharts 9.0 Release 7.
