time based entries

Hi guys,
i'm trying to write time based entries in the most efficient way using MC.NET
The idea is pretty much like:
if time > HHMM then buy/sell....
Any idea?

thank you for your response, i have troubles creating a IF/Then Cycle
where the condition is time > or < a determinate Time value
