Portfolio trader back test

How to set the commission value in Portfolio trader?
exclude commission value, the back test result is not same for Portfolio trader and Chart window, why?
What is the advantage to use Portfolio trader?

For commissions, right-click your strategy and go to "Show Properties...", then on the second tab "Properties", you will find the commission setting right at the top.

The "advantage" to using Portfolio Trader is that you can operate an entire portfolio as opposed to just a series of individual systems on individual instruments. You get combined backtesting results and using Money Management Signals you can distribute your money and manage risks across your deals. Mind you, in my opinion, the MMS doesn't really work the way it should...
