Dear All,
We would like to add a new chart type, which is not on the default list offered by MutiCharts .NET. For example, we would like to create a chart type by drawing a "ball" or "triangles" or "squares". Can we do this? Is there any documentation for that?
We understood that the Custom resolutions can provide such a functionality, however we cannot find any tutorial on that (we mean a "real" tutorial with the description of the C# classes involved).

It’s possible to use only the standard modes to display the bars (available in Format Instrument -> Style). The Custom Resolution Plugin doesn’t allow to create your own style.
In the Custom Resolution Plugin, you can set your own formula according to which the prices will be calculated for bar formation.
Unfortunately, there is not any special documentation for creating a custom resolution.
