MultiCharts: Trading Software for Automated Trading and Backtesting

If you set the latest date to the future, the data will be received starting from the latest avaialble date, i.e. the current date.
Please tell what you wanted to find out with this experiment?

Sometimes MCFX doesn't receive data anyumore because of that date so i have to go change the data. I was thinking if i set a date far ahead I don't have to change it that often. Make sense?

The idea makes sense, though I wouldn't be so sure; if there's a problem recoginizing the today/tommorow's date it may as well not recoginze a date 10 years ahead.
