I subscribed 1 month ago. Now it say that the account has expired. I though that will automatically charge me until cancel. I don't want to make new accout because I need the same account id.
Let me know what I should do.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes we receive order confirmations from our billing partner with delay, your subscription has been prolonged, please let me know how it works.
