It's 12:01 am on Jan. 2nd. Your charts are telling me the EUR/USD trend high (from 12-26 @ 13:34) is 1.3204 but my broker shows 1.3240. Any idea when your data provider is gonna wake up from his drunken new years stuppor?

Are there any support reps out there yet? Hello... It's 8:20 am and even though dailyFX.com charts are updated showing 1.3275 (dailyFX uses FXCM) MCFX charts are still at 1.3201.

I think we deserve an explanation as to how or why the same data provider will update client A's charts but not client B. I've reloaded the charts and still deadness.

This is the first data issue I've had with MCFX and it's really putting a damper on my initial enthusiasm for what is really, as Farmer said, a great charting package. An alternative data choice is sorely needed!
