"account expired" message

Help! My software is telling me my account has expired, but I signed up for a $49 per mo. LEASE that I assumed would be auto deducted from my checking. Why the lull in the action here? Why hasn't my account been auto-renewed?

Stanley, you've already contacted me by email but my username is "daniels erek". I requested help via both email and the forum in hopes that one might be a bit faster than the other. Anyway, I appreciate your quick reply and the 2 days grace. Please let me know if there are any further problems with the transaction. Mainly I'd just like to verify that my payment and account renewal are set up to happen automatically every month. Can you verify that for me?

Yes, both payment and account update are fully automated.
