Sigh... Deja Vu all over again... Can't get MCFX to update

Postby terminal7 » 26 Jan 2007

It's 2:38 am and my FXCM powered Intellicharts are jumping all over the place, but good 'ol MCFX is stuck at 1.2925 for EUR/USD even after a reload. Any ideas about how to resurrect it? I don't know CPR...

PS. I've asked about aquiring a beta version but have so far been ignored by support. Keep it up guys. This class is called 'how to lose customers 101'...

Terminal7,

I recommend you to upgrade your version as in the current beta there is no such a problem causing MCFX to freeze at a certain price.

In our live chat the canned response when our customers ask us about MCFX or MultiCharts versions is always this link: http://tssupport.com/support/downloads/ where all the available versions are listed. The link was also posted in this topic: http://forum.tssupport.com/viewtopic.php?t=2783 .

Thanks for the reference. I'm downloading 720.571 now. Looking forward to running it. Appreciate the help.
